Is there any way for amateur programmers to release a free App on Windows10 written in native Win32? Can it be uploaded without ads to the windows store? Trying to distribute the exe file gives downloading security blocks, so I see people who zip the exe file. Even then, during installation, the security warnings are enough to deter users from installing.
