After freecodecamp, which one is the best to go? I don't think going for another learning course would be a good idea since freecodecamp covers pretty plenty of programming. (And I have programming knowledge before).
I can code in plenty of languages. However, I would like to build a project (Using Flutter for instance.).
That depends on which domain. Since you want to build projects on flutter and that is mobile development , I would suggest you go to codementor.io and look for mobile app development ideas and start building one by one and showcase it on twitter once you have done it.
