According to what is written here, I ask myself why you take this biased point of view. I think you are too absolute in your statements.
Maybe React is good for a kind of applications, but surely isn't the only possible choice and isn't the best choice for other kind of.
I'm currently consider to use Vue instead for developing a business web application. In my opinion it fits better.
