Thank you for highlighting how the amount of experience really can make a difference in productivity. When we have already made mistakes, chances are we won’t make them again. I just finished an Interim role and was highly praised for how much I got done in 6 months. It was because I went in and did what I know, plowing ahead with confidence, based on my experience. It is great to learn something new but there is also great satisfaction in using what you have already learned, for a new application.
