I dont really see gaining anything from using angularJS w/ php. To me that feels like a square crammed into a round whole. It works, but why? Id rather a typeical Ubuntu LAMP with a good mvc like laravel, and use the PHP frameworks blade templates/double curleys with jQuery for the crud. Or go the other way and use angular but scrap the lamp/lemp and php all together and run AngularJS inside NodeJS env. and to really simplify stuff id use Express.
