I've used Termux with Hacker's Keyboard to fix deploy issues when I couldn't get access to a personal computer. Not the most practical solution but it works better than expected.
Using this with Samsung Dex would be a decent on-the-go solution. You could also in theory leave the code-server running and open it on any browser of a computer on the same lan.
Having various tools available is always useful even if thry aren't always practical. Plus hacking usability out of your phone is always fun.
