Hi Hanna, I personally use Notion and organise my notes by topic (or at least I try to).
I have a TypeScript section, a Git section, a Data engineering section, etc. The topics I want to remember don't always neatly fit into one or the other category so I just try and do my best to keep notes in a place I will later remember to look up.
