Glad to see Yoga with Adrianne on the list. I recently started trying to build a habit of it again. 😄

Also, got on pointing out the therapy. Sadly, today it is still kind of embarrassing to many, and they don't go. But it can definitely help with stress and decision making. You don't want to spill all frustrations of it on loved ones.
