I respect your choices man. Don't really want to indulge in a war between the two OS 😂.

I've been a Windows user myself from like the past 12 years. Infact, my primary device is currently a Microsoft Surface Pro. So, I can't run away from windows in any way and it'll be totally unfair to say that I hate windows. I started using Linux, because I just thought , Let's give it a try.

I know there are a lot of things such as Adobe CC suites, NVIDIA GPU driver support and Gaming (Even though it has gotten a lot better with Vulkan & OpenGL, but still not the DirectX level)

But still,
The main thing I love about Linux is just the freedom it offers and as a developer, you just can't get the same amount of power in your hand on windows. You can actually clone an entire hard drive with just a 2 letter at command in terminal dd.

I don't know about you honestly, but I really do feel some concern about my privacy. The openness of linux just eliminates a lot of fears.

I strongly believe in this quote from a quora answer :

"Your computer is your computer. You should be in charge of it."
