I typically don't use a framework because:
1) I like writing CSS, wtf? 2) I hate the cookie cutter look of most of the frameworks out there. 3) Flexbox makes things so gosh dang easy it's hard NOT to write it
that's exactly my thought 😁 even if there are particular moments / reasons why I evaluate the use of some framework
