We should definitely enable that and probably wouldn't be too difficult. Currently the action only listens for the push event but could certainly listen to the pull-request command as well or potentially comments on issues, new issues, etc. It's hard to gauge exactly what the best workflow should be, as we haven't really seen this sort of thing before.
