i personally learned all these terms back in the days while i was fiddling with bshaffer's oAuth2 (probably the best php oauth2server implementation bshaffer.github.io/oauth2-server-p...)
Mastering all these terms was a bit hard in the beginning, but their documentation helped me a lot, especially with the grant-types.
the SAML was fairly unknown to me, untill i switched from the Bshaffers-oauth2 server to a more plug & play solution called FusionAuth ( it has every bit of this posts terminology fusionauth.io/docs/v1/tech/ )
I think this is a cool post for people who start with oauth, but it would be even better if you would add the grant-types & short description.
