Thank you for sharing! Less checking my email and including reading in my daily routine is hard with all the busy work! But I find a solution that can help me. I am using a task management software to help me schedule every task. I set a reminder to only check my email in the morning and afternoon. And after working hours, I created a task to remind myself to read at least 3 pages of the book I'm currently reading and set it to repeat every day. It does help to boost my productivity! Currently, I'm using Quire to organize it, but I heard Todoist is also great!
