Designs & makes software modifications, enhancements and new applications.
Resolves escalated support calls; Coordinates & performs testing for support as well as for new/modified applications.
Performs technical analysis to support the effective & efficient development efforts; Participates in project teams, as required.
Experience & proficiency developing, interfacing, maintaining & providing support utilizing:
Data access development
Microsoft PC, Server & Office product suites
Experience supporting & enhancing Legacy & packaged software systems (MSD, ASCTRAC helpful)
Process reengineering experience helpful (including ERP, WMS, CRM & SCM enterprise solutions).
