I'm sorry you had to face a scammer, even more in a hard period like this one. But you made a lot of poor choices, that i suggest you to avoid next time:
never accept a work without anything signed, that become more and more fundamental as the salary gets bigger.
milestones, milestones, milestones. Never choose to have a single big payout at work done, set goals and rewards in a timely manner(weekly or bi-weekly), anything can go wrong during a cycle of development (personal issue, requirements change, etc).
trust people but not that much. Once he didn't pay and started mailing excuses, the first time it was expected to pay you, you should have stopped ASAP any work.

I find the primary owner of the project. I have complained , now i think he will take action .
Also i have to source code of them, if they does not give me the payment. May i request Google about the froud cases on play store report.
