I work at WSO2 in the developer relations team, and I work closely with the Ballerina team. Thank you for the ideas you expressed in your articles, and we will definitely do an in-depth review of them to possibly improve our libraries, tools, and documentation.
We are currently specifically working on the Ballerina user guide in providing detailed information on the language features, and other prominent platform features. This would help users in getting a more formalized path in learning the language. Also, we have improved our "Ballerina by Example" sections to point to API docs as required, e.g. ballerina.io/swan-lake/learn/by-ex.... But this is done for our current development branch "Swan Lake", and we have not backported the changes still to the current GA version of Ballerina. We are constantly improving our platform in various areas, and hope to provide a better experience for developers.
