I agree. And the point 1 & 2 are really important. I will add, that we tend to think that experts knows everything. In fact sometimes they don't know, but they have enough experiences to tell a problem is solvable. So the skill is not about have the solution right now, but they know how to manage to find a solution. That's make them great developers.
So even if you make mistake, people notice the way you manage to make things done, and that is important, more important that finding a silver-bullet-solution in your head because you know it.
