I had ones a "technical" Interview where there was no tech question but only what abbreviations meant. It was in bio-technology (I know/knew all the algorithms, use-cases, etc.) and there were questions like "What's BLAST the abbreviation for?" or what is this-pile-of-characters for a protein (I even knew it's functionality, but the complete bio-scientific name: nope)?
