Nice post! In regards to the feeling of an "office vibe", we've been experimenting around with this at my company.
Once every two weeks, the team (4 of us) will jump on Zoom for an hour. The purpose of the call is to mimic a coffee-shop environment where we are all huddled around a table working. The goal is to have quick chats and banter, while also getting a little work done.
Unlike most meetings where the purpose is "work with a little bit of social interaction", we've flipped the idea upside down. Instead, the purpose of this call is to hang out primarily and do a little work too.
So far the team really likes it!
