A while ago I did a discussion, asking whether developers prefer to code while listening to music or not. I was surprised about how many positive answers I got.

Therefore in this article, I collected some of my favorite radio stations that you can use to get some awesome music and increase your productivity while coding.

I will provide you with the direct link, give you a concise description of it as well as include the screenshot, so you can get an initial impression on the fly.

Great article. I like your own DevTunesFM website the most out of all of them!

I created Spiralfy, a site where you can randomize your Spotify playlists, also inspired in part by lofi.cafe. You can read more about it on my blogpost too: Switching up your Spotify experience with microfrontends and Blazor

TLDR: How to create your own radio

There are three stage to publish your own radio:

  1. Web Development Stage : Next.js etc. js-frameworks and web development operations
  2. REST API Stage : Music source and providers API operations
  3. Deployment Stage : Vercel , Netlify and the other services to deploy your project.
