Progress bars on skill-sets are absolutely worst.
Example: put Node skills to 97,23% and if the interview gets too hard, just say how dare they to examine you in those 2,77%, which is uncharted territory for you, and leave.

I never liked to see them on CVs. They might look stylish, but they convey no info whatsoever.
