I totally agree with you on "The tools we use shape how we work" and I think tools like Notion let you cover not just the things that Jira does (maybe without the reporting stuff) but gives you a complete and totally related set of tools to tackle everything that we could need in a project and at least for me, if you have a lot of different tools for specific tasks each, I end up using the minimum mandatory ones and keep the others out.
