A thing many people do is to create a separate acc to post daily diary there, you can always try doing the same.
I did some diarying and to me it it similar to meditation in some ways. You do end up with useful conclusions, but those are mostly useful only for you personally, while for others it would be gibberish nobody cares about.

Useless. If you go with a diary, you instantly raise the amount of information, while the amount of useful info stays the same (or even drops, becoming less comprehensive), SNR raises. "Does it matter?" is a vague question.
