Thanks. I have now deployed an Angular 9 (static SPA) using the VS Code Azure Storage extension. And it worked great. I had previously deployed via Azure App Services, and was having trouble getting JSON sample data to serve from the "assets" folder. Using the Azure Storage recipe was a great solution.
