I need to disable the youtube iframe video right click "copy video url" option.
Is there any way to fix it, kindly need help.

If you don't want people to copy your video maybe it shouldn't be shared on a public platform? If you want the benefits of using 3rd party services (free of charge) they usually come with downsides (from your prospective, it seems). Also beware: i'll post the work-around if anyone actually answers you.
