Opendevv was founded on a simple principle: essential web tools should be fast, private, and permanently free. Frustrated by online utilities that lock static data behind hidden subscriptions or route private information through untrusted servers, we set out to build client-side, local-first tools.
Our flagship project, freeqrgen.uk, delivers permanent static QR codes—from Wi-Fi and vCards to crypto and SVG vectors—that run 100% in your browser. No server tracking, no trial expirations, and no paywalls. We build openly to keep the web independent and accessible for everyone.
