Event Storming can be a good way to help organizations self-organize into teams. I've used another set of team principles to guide attendees. Your principles are at a different level of abstraction I guess. Here's another book on my reading list Dynamic Re-Teaming the topic is how to effectively let the teams self-reorganize regularly.
