PromptMetrics is our fifth business. Before this: a HubSpot partner we built in Chile and grew 65% in a year, a CRM tooling company, an AI automation shop that was too early, and an LLM observability tool we open-sourced. We have been acquired, and we remember exactly why we hated it — the slowness, the politics, the feeling that you cannot build anything real inside a machine that was not designed for building. So we left.
Ranya does the people side. Izzy does the technical side. We are rebuilding from scratch, in the open, and we want early customers who build with us rather than buy from us.
Our stack
Claude Code and Claude Cowork for the build layer. Skills are plain Markdown files, readable, versionable, maintainable by any developer we do not employ. MCP servers for the connectors, HubSpot first. Next.js and TypeScript for the site. SQLite and Git for the prompt registry. Python where it earns its place.
Human review gates and audit trails are built in from the first line, not bolted on. Everything we can open-source, we open-source: github.com/promptmetrics
