I work a full-time job and having only a few hours a day to study and giving only 60%-80% of my attention or at least comprehending the material I'm learning can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. Although I'm only still in the beginning stages of my journey, I too feel like sometimes I'm not myself anymore with work and personal life, simply because I stay glued to the screen constantly trying to retain and memorize things.
