How long have you been at it for? Has it become intuitive for you?

Oh, me and Pennywise have had some fun together. Op Ivy and Rancid are classic.

For me, I'd go with Black Flag, Dead Kennedys, Fugazi, Bouncing Souls, Descendents, and Lagwagon are always in my rotation. And if you really want to stretch the definition of punk, I'd say At The Drive-In, The Mars Volta, and Every Time I Die.

Intuitive, no. Since August or so? It's becoming easier and more reflexive at times but most of the time I still have to stop myself while in thought and exercise my will to be positive. Being mindful of my thoughts has made me more aware of the need to reframe though.

Rancid was probably one of my favorite concerts I've ever been to. Millencolin too were awesome. How could I not mention Lagwagon and Descendents!!! I also listen to them a lot. Still love throwing them on for my commute, I think I will do just that for this evening. 👍🏻

Oh man! I've been at this for over a decade. Definitely stick with it, it'll be very well worth it.

I put on my punk playlist too!

Thanks for the encouragement man I appreciate it!

Enjoyed some Lagwagon on the way home. 😁
