Reprise Software was founded in 2006 by Matt Cristiano, a pioneer of licensing software since 1988.
The company was established to address the concerns Matt had heard about for the last 6 years after exiting a leading license management business he built from the ground up.
The industry needed a new, practical solution. A solution that checked-off compliance and technical requirements. A solution that empowered Product teams to optimize pricing models, while providing support from an experienced advisor.
This was the foundation for Reprise Software: a practical, functional licensing platform that any roadmap could rely on.
