Patriarchy in human society is probably among the greatest (bad) inventions because it transcends countries, cultures, genders, ethnicities, religions and so on. As you said it's also detrimental to men, even if some of us don't realize it.
In the meantime, I hope that we’ll continue building and nurturing work environments where different ways of being are equally valued.
