This is a very interesting approach, based on my experience interviewing people, it doesn't matter how many things you try to get out the candidate, it is always a gamble. I read from someone in the comments that the interviewers most of the time don't know what they want, I agree... As an interviewer you need to do your diligence and hash out the things you need for the position and want out of a candidate, still it doesn't mean you will find the perfect person.
