Problem solved !!
i have added these lines :
and MySQL port of my Database:
then it's pop up another problem these: (ER_NOT_SUPPORTED_AUTH_MODE)
then it solved with just executing this command:
alter user 'root'@'localhost' identified with mysql_native_password by 'password'
inside Query file, finally all is well.
