My experience is about five months. At this moment I'm in preparing for swarm mode.
We hugely use gitlab's CI for building/testing/dockerize but for deploy I use SaltStack. It is really nice system.
Used to do DevOps before they even called it that way: Linux. Python. Perl. Java. Docker. For fun and profit. CTO level generalist working for a mid-sized tech-centric company.

Swarm is interesting but so far one of the features we don't yet need; right now we're slowly trying to move most of our (docker, non-docker) deployment procedure as well as overall VM standardization towards puppet which seems to make things run a bit more smoothly too. :)
