The KDE based custom UI you tailor to your exact specifications. KDE specifically because they don't treat you like you're too stupid to know what you want (GNOME, Elementary, Budgie, to some extent Deepin, a la Apple) or make appearance and functionality suffer for the sake of performance (XFCE, LXwhatever, whateverBox) or "productivity" ([insert tiling WM here]), or make you hack configurability with plugins (GNOME, Cinnamon), or just fail to maintain enough to be usable and bug free (Mate).

There isn't much you can imagine that you can't do in KDE, often with minimal configuration and without extensions.
