That's exactly why I haven't tried Chocolatey yet, I guessed it would feel... incomplete. And I mostly use Windows for gaming anyway, so I don't install much things and don't care much about keeping it clean.
Well, if you want a package manager for C, just use a Linux OS, most C libs are distribution packages 😋
