Hey Eljay, thx for feedback. Actually, any one of the forms is referring to someone being stupid. I think you misinterpreted it. As far I know, the comma should be there. KISS is an acronym for "Keep it simple, stupid" as a design principle noted by the U.S. Navy in 1960. As per the URL you linked to, in the Origin section, pointed out that Kelly Johnson, lead engineer at the Lockheed Skunk Works, who coined the term, did not have a comma.
