Double your estimates and move to the next order of magnitude. Think it'll take 2 days? Estimate 4 weeks. I say this with the reality of 25 years' experience under my belt. 😁

Also, over estimate, don't under estimate. Remember you're quoting what the client should expect the work to take, not what they want the work to take. As well as damaging your own income by under estimating, you're also doing the client a disservice because under estimating means they'll either get a rushed, shoddy job, or they'll have to be given the reality as you approach delivery, neither of which is good for them.
