I using YouEye the last few years which comes with the benefit of Tailwind's productivity, but at the end it's just CSS. Tailwind is also a subset of CSS basically, well constructed/collected defaults let's say. I'm using it with shorhands so it basically achieves the same as TW's short classes, but at the end I have the full power of CSS at my fingertips, not just what the library offers. There is no extra DSL, no inheritance/encapsulation/naming problems. States, pseudo elements, Media Queries in an inline fashion.
