When I studied for the AWS Big Data cert, I tried to do ~30 minutes per day. That meant that on some days I did 30 minutes, but mostly I did something ranging from 15 minutes to 2 hours. For me, however, it was just important to do a little bit each day so I felt like I was making progress and the concepts stayed fresh in my mind.
Good luck and don't beat yourself up if that hour each day isn't quite an hour, especially if you're working with AWS at work daily.
Thank for your wishes and recommendations and the most important is "don't beat yourself up" if I see something like that I will take one day off, it will be an adventure to enjoy not for pain. Thank you.
