During corona lockdown, I was finally able to focus and develop undisturbedly. After some days of this, I was so stressed out I started to get nauseous.
So I learned to get up and do 10 minutes of rope skipping on the terrace.
Self care is so important... Took me 20 years to start, though.

And starting after 20 years is better than not starting at all!
