This sounds like you joined a very bad environment where people chasing their tails.
This has nothing to do with the fault of agile. From the description this sounds exactly like an environment where people focus on extinguishing fires instead of slowing down to prevent them in the first place.
Simply put, you have 2 options:
1) Try to make a chage - this depends if you are in a good position to influence everyone. From the CTO/management, developers and even customer support.
If you are just an engineer and a woman you have a very little chance to change that. As sad as this sounds it's a fact and it's extremely hard to make a change.
2) Leave and do not come back and make sure to ask question about these processes in your next interview.
