We are working on uplink receiver design now, and there's lots of things we've decided, and still a bunch of things that need to be decided.
The channel is 100 kHz, the signal is ~40 kHz wide, the residual doppler (this is for space) is +/- 12 kHz, and channels are uncoordinated.
