Hello! I stumbled into computer science in college, but decided not to switch my focus of study even though I'd been lukewarm about biology for a while. It's now nearly 9 years after that initial stumble, and I've finally decided to take the plunge.
So far I've done a lot of on and off Python learning, a bit of R, got my hands dirty in SQL (tried to take the oracle DBA exam but failed it twice). Right now I'm back into Python, and trying to overcome things that stopped me from continuing to learn in the past.
Hoping to find a likeminded community of explorers and generally curious people, since I've always found that's the best way to learn.
