Step By Step to configure Microsoft Defender for Cloud Enhanced Security Features for Servers
Step 1: Enable Microsoft Defender for Servers
Sign in to the Azure Portal → Go to Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
Step 2: In the Management section, select Environment settings.
Choose the subscription or management group where you want to enable enhanced security.

Step 4 In the Settings blade, under Defender plans, expand Cloud Workload Protection (CWP).
From the Cloud Workload Protection (CWP) Plan list, select Servers. On the right side of the page, change the Status from Off to On, then click Save.
