Simple way to change port where a project will run?

Hi,

A project I'm developing has run into some difficulty. I have an older version that works fine, so I want to run both in parallel in the same PC to discover the problem, but can't because they are configured to use the same port. So, what is the simplest way I can change one of the project's port so that they can be run simultaneously?
