Hello Kim, thanks for writing this.
I've been learning iOS development for the last year and a half, and I'm currently in the process of building out my portfolio. I'm familiar with the basics of Swift, iOS, Git, etc and I don't find intermediate level stuff intimidating... Lately, I've been feeling that the next step for me would be to get an internship or junior role, to work in a team with experienced devs to help hone and improve my skills. I would really appreciate any pointers you can give me on how to proceed and maybe where to look for opportunities. Thanks.

Hi Femi! It sounds like you're in a great place to start looking for a role. Start with networking in the dev community - Twitter has been a hot spot for it, there's some iOS communities (This week is WWDC so the community is very active right now) - it all starts with connections. Best of luck!
