Clearly WebGL. It is complicated to provide the user with good performance application leveraging WebGL using high-end graphics with high quality shaders and super high defined vertexes. Using WebGL with WASM would mean processing and calculating translations faster and doing complicated animations smoother. Optimizations can be found elsewhere as well but it would help a lot.
