Normally, the font size in HTML is measured in conventional units from 1 to 7 , and the default size is 3. The tag in HTML is used to increase the selected text size by one size bigger than the surrounding text.
Note : The tag is a deprecated HTML tag , and it is not available in HTML 5.
The tag is placed within the tag. This tag will make the text size larger, however the increased text cannot be larger than the maximum font size of the browser.

Syntax:
In HTML, the big tag contains both an opening tag and closing tag.

The tag is forbidden in updated version of HTML. So instead of the tag, you can use the CSS font-size property to make the text bigger.

Only the Global Attributes apply to the tag. There are no attributes that are specific to the tag in HTML.
